Please read this document carefully before using mazda3 services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mazda3 platform available at mazda3.ws, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and mazda3 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the services provided by this platform.
- You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
- Use of this platform is permitted for personal entertainment purposes only, not for commercial use.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform complies with local laws applicable to you.
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at a time.
These Terms take effect immediately upon registration or use of any mazda3 service and may be updated from time to time.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
When registering an account with mazda3, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your username, a valid Malaysian phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information in your account is accurate at all times. mazda3 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any transaction or withdrawal.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Any activity that occurs through your account — whether carried out by you or someone else — is your responsibility.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the mazda3 support team immediately for recovery assistance. Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
Prohibited Activities
- Using bots, automated software, or any unauthorised means to access the platform.
- Attempting to modify, hack, or interfere with mazda3 platform systems.
- Creating more than one account using the same or different identities.
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
- Distributing content that is unlawful, defamatory, or damaging to the platform's reputation.
- Engaging in any form of fraud or manipulation in the use of the platform.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the mazda3 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made using supported local payment methods including online banking via FPX, TNG eWallet, and other methods shown in your account's deposit section.
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set and may vary depending on the selected payment method.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to applicable limits and conditions.
- Mazda3 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals for security and fraud prevention purposes.
- All bonuses and promotional funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in their respective bonus terms.
- Suspected fraudulent transactions will be blocked and thoroughly investigated without prior notice.
Mazda3 is not liable for any transaction processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or electronic payment operators. Processing times depend on the payment method used and may vary.

Liability Limits, Account Policies & Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, mazda3 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including losses due to service disruption, technical failure, or data loss.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Account Suspension & Closure
Mazda3 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in cases of Terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, or any behaviour that compromises the integrity of the platform.
In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, any remaining account balance may not be recoverable, depending on the outcome of the investigation conducted. mazda3's decision in such matters is final.
Intellectual Property
All content on the mazda3 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of mazda3 or its content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, republish, or use any content from this platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from mazda3.
Third-Party Links
The mazda3 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not under our control. mazda3 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites.
